If you prefer to submit a paper form, you can download a copy and return it to us in the offertory collection, via e-mail to I[email protected], or by mail to 7040 S. Suncoast Blvd., Homosassa, FL 34446.
You may also obtain a copy of the registration form in the lobby of the church or in the parish office.
