The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is a process developed by the Catholic Church that calls adults (and children of catechetical age) to a conversion of mind and heart and prepares them for a full and active life in the Church as disciples of Jesus.

St. Thomas warmly welcomes prospective candidates and gradually introduces them to aspects of Catholic beliefs and practices.
